Following that, they attended Wake Forest University Bowman Gray School of Medicine, where they earned their Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from 1981 to 1985. Later, they underwent residency training in obstetrics and gynecology, earning Board Certification in Ob/Gyn from 1986 to 1989. Additionally, Dr. Rawls holds certifications as a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is certified by the American Board of Holistic Medicine.
