The Operations and Maintenance team at Vital Plastics, Inc. ensures the seamless functioning of our thermoplastic injection molding and assembly processes. Comprised of roles such as the Tooling Manager, Maintenance Technician, Operations Manager, Shift Supervisor, and General Technician Level 2, this team is responsible for maintaining machinery, overseeing production schedules, minimizing downtimes, and ensuring quality control. By optimizing operational efficiency and equipment reliability, they play a critical role in delivering high-quality products and maximizing profitability for our clients.
