Amanda Kennedy Ocker

Amanda Kennedy Ocker is a legal professional with extensive experience in contract law and risk analysis. Currently serving as Senior Counsel - Contracts at Vital Records Control since October 2022, Amanda previously held the position of Counsel at TD SYNNEX from September 2021 to October 2022 and at Tech Data from August 2019 to February 2022, focusing on providing risk analysis for business and legal concerns. Earlier experience includes serving as a Contracting Officer for USSOCOM and a Contract Specialist for the United States Air Force. Amanda also worked as a Special Assistant Commonwealth Attorney with the Kenton County Commonwealth Attorney and as a Project Manager for the Northern Kentucky Tri-County Economic Development Corporation. Amanda earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Cincinnati College of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Kentucky.
