Cody Kincheloe

Cody Kincheloe began their work experience in 2006 as a Vehicle Recovery and Mechanic in the US Army. Cody later became a Shop Foreman/Senior Mechanic from April 2012 to February 2015. In March 2015, they joined BNSF Railway as a First Line Manager, leading craft employees in the repair shop. Cody then took on roles such as Assistant General Foreman and Assistant Plant Manager, where they managed employees and oversaw maintenance operations. From October 2018 to March 2022, Cody served as the Manager Mechanical Planning at BNSF Railway, being responsible for managing various mechanical applications and providing guidance and training to supervisors and union employees. Currently, they are the Area Vice President of Operations at Vital Records Control, starting in March 2022.

Cody Kincheloe has a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Arkansas Grantham, which they obtained from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they completed an Associate of Arts and Sciences - AAS degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from the same university from 2016 to 2019. Cody also attended Star High School from 2002 to 2006, but no degree or field of study was provided for this period.
