Jeff Knight

Jeff Knight is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client services and operations management. Currently serving as the VitalShred Quality & Standards Manager and Regional Contract Administrator at Vital Records Control since March 2019, Jeff previously held the position of Director of Client Services for the Birmingham and Montgomery markets. Prior to this role, Jeff worked at Secure Destruction Service from June 2013 to March 2019, where responsibilities included serving as Director of Operations in Huntsville and Operations Manager. Jeff also held the position of Client Services Manager at Maynard Cooper & Gale from September 2011 to June 2013, and began career as a Closed Files Clerk at the same firm.
