Marisol Chaparro Morales, MSHRM, currently serves as a Human Resources Generalist at Vital Research, where responsibilities include coordinating the recruiting process, managing new employee onboarding, maintaining employee records, assisting in training and development, and supporting the payroll department. Previously, Marisol held various positions at The Home Depot, including Special Services Lead Associate, Kitchen and Bath Designer, and Appliance Specialist, demonstrating management and customer service expertise. Prior experience includes a role as a Clerical Associate at the Law Offices of Robert J Colclough. Marisol holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and Chicano/a Studies from California State University, Northridge, and is pursuing a Master of Science in Human Resources Management at the University of Southern California.
