Muriel Wheatley

Muriel Wheatley, MA, currently serves as Executive Vice President of Operations at Vital Research, a position held since September 2000, where leadership includes establishing long-range goals, managing day-to-day operations, and developing significant project proposals. Previous roles at Vital Research included Director of Operations/Director of Aging & Disabilities, overseeing departments and high-level projects in aging and disabilities, and Senior Project Manager, directing large-scale projects and engaging with state departments and stakeholders. Earlier in the career, Muriel Wheatley worked as a Research Associate at the University of California Los Angeles, managing a significant NIH-funded research project. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Clinical Neuropsychology from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, with additional training from the American Management Association and UCLA Extension.
