Rachel Firestone

Rachel Firestone is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and strategic planning, currently serving as the Director of Professional Services at Vital Wave since April 2023. Previously, Rachel held the position of Director of Global Programs at Hala Systems, Inc., where significant achievements included expanding operations and product roll-out across multiple geographies and leading trauma-informed staff care programming. Earlier experience includes roles at the World Bank Group focusing on ICT policy and innovation, and conducting qualitative evaluations in conflict-affected regions. Rachel's educational background includes a Master’s in Foreign Service from Georgetown University and a Bachelor’s degree in History and South Asian Studies from Wesleyan University.
