Julie Leblanc

Julie LeBlanc, LCSW, CEAP, currently serves as the Associate Director of Account Management at VITAL WorkLife, where responsibilities include managing and retaining a client base of midsize to large organizations while offering tailored solutions and training. Since November 2012, Julie has operated a private practice as a therapist, specializing in mood disorders, relationship concerns, work-related stress, substance abuse, grief, and bereavement, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness approaches. Prior to this, Julie held various positions at Humana from August 2004 to January 2023, including Division Manager and Account Leader for Wellness, EAP, and Work Life Services, overseeing a team of clinicians serving Fortune 100 clients. Earlier career experience includes roles as Associate Clinical Director and EAP Consultant at Harris Rothenberg International, focusing on intake assessments and resource matching for employees. Julie earned a Master of Social Work from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Marymount Manhattan College.
