Andrea Casson

Andrea Casson is a seasoned professional in donor recruitment and community engagement, currently serving as Senior Director for Donor Recruitment Process, Programs and Training at Vitalant since July 2011. With a focus on mobile drives and community outreach for the West Division, Andrea has successfully managed recruitment operations, led high-performing teams, and developed efficient staffing models. Prior to this role, Andrea held various positions at Vitalant, including Director and Manager, playing a key role in achieving significant product goals and enhancing training programs for new and seasoned employees. Prior experience includes coordinating blood drives at Blood Bank of the Redwoods and working in the mortgage sector at Wells Fargo. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication from San Diego State University.
