Michelle Conner

Michelle Conner has a wealth of experience in the medical and regulatory field. Michelle began their career at United Blood Services as a Laboratory Assistant and later assumed the role of Quality Assurance Assistant. In 1996, they briefly worked as a Data Encoder at the United States Postal Service before joining Blood Systems Inc. as a Regulatory Affairs Coordinator. Over time, they advanced to the position of Regulatory Affairs Associate and then became a Business Systems Analyst. Their tenure at Blood Systems Inc. lasted from 1995 to 2005. Since then, Michelle has been employed at Vitalant as a Sr. Quality Data Analyst, a role they currently hold.

Michelle Conner holds a Master Certificate in Business Analysis from Villanova University. Michelle also completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Studies, from the University of Phoenix. Prior to that, Michelle obtained an Associate's degree in General Studies from Scottsdale Community College. Additionally, Michelle has obtained various certifications including a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education, a Certificate in Project Management for IS/IT Professionals from Villanova University, and certifications in Certified Quality Process Analyst, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and Six Sigma Green Belt from ASQ and Creative Healthcare.
