Ryan Thompson has over 17 years of work experience in the IT industry. Ryan started their career in 2003 as an IT/Telco Support Specialist at Bonfils Blood Center, where they worked until December 2016. In January 2017, they joined Blood Systems as a Data Center Support Specialist. Later that year, in October 2017, they transitioned to Vitalant and took on the role of PC Technician. In October 2018, they were promoted to the position of IT Service Desk at Vitalant. Throughout their career, Ryan has gained expertise in various IT roles, including support, technician, and service desk.
