Sydnee Bagovich

Sydnee Bagovich has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2015, they worked as a Marketing Services Analyst, Project Manager, and CRM/Lifecycle Engagement Strategy at Highmark Inc., where they managed marketing campaigns and coordinated large-scale events. Sydnee then joined Highmark Health in 2016 as a Sr Customer Experience Analyst, where they synthesized research insights, developed test-and-learn projects, and improved the customer experience. In 2017, Sydnee worked as a Cause Entrepreneur at ONEHOPE Wine, a philanthropic organization that sells wines and donates profits to charitable organizations. Sydnee then transitioned to roles as a Licensed Agent at New York Life Insurance Company and a Financial Services Professional at NYLIFE Securities LLC in 2018, where they provided financial services and guidance to clients. In 2019, Sydnee served as an Executive Director at the South Hills Chamber of Commerce, overseeing operations and promoting business growth. Sydnee also worked part-time as a Funeral Home Assistant at Schepner - McDermott Funeral Home during the same year. In 2020, Sydnee joined Vitalant as an Account Manager, responsible for managing accounts and nurturing client relationships. Most recently, in 2022, they became the GPM and Co-Founder of People Connectors USA, an organization that aims to connect people through unique events and enrich their lives.

Sydnee Bagovich has an MBA degree from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business. Sydnee also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a concentration in Marketing from Robert Morris University. Prior to these higher education experiences, Sydnee attended Montour High School. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Life, Accident, and Health licensing from the Pennsylvania Insurance Department, as well as Series 6 and 63 certifications from FINRA.
