Matthew Burns

Matthew Burns has extensive experience in applications support and healthcare technology, currently serving as a Senior Applications Support Lead at VitalCaring Group since December 2022. Prior to this role, Matthew worked as a Software Support Specialist at At Home Healthcare, providing technical support and training for various electronic medical record platforms. From December 2009 to June 2019, Matthew held the position of Quality Assurance Specialist at Paradigm HomeCare, focusing on compliance audits to ensure accurate patient data and billing. Additionally, Matthew briefly worked as a QAPI Therapy Coordinator at Exceptional Home Care, managing insurance verification and business development for contract therapists.
