Ram David Wertheim

Ram David Wertheim has a long and varied work experience, beginning in 1982 when they were an Associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP. Ram David then went on to become General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer at Capital Markets Assurance Corporation in 1989. In 1998, they were Senior Managing Director, Co-head Stuructured Finance Division at MBIA Insurance Corporation. In 2000, they were Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary at MBIA. In 2017, they became Executive Vice President and Counsel at MBIA Inc. and in 2018 they were a Consultant at RDW1505 LLC as well as General Counsel and Secretary at VitalCheck Wellness Inc.

Ram David Wertheim attended Georgetown University Law Center from 1979 to 1982, where they earned a J.D. with Magna Cum Laude distinction.
