Jeremy Tarves has an extensive work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Jeremy most recently worked at VitalConnect as an Intake Financial Specialist starting in September 2022. Prior to that, they worked at AT&T as a Retail Sales Consultant from December 2020 to September 2022. Before that, they were a Customer Service Representative - Billing at Spectrum from July 2020 to December 2020. Jeremy's longest tenure was at Verizon, where they worked as a Solution Specialist from August 2013 to November 2019. Jeremy achieved quota in activations, renewals, and accessory revenue and volunteered for various programs within the company. Before Verizon, they worked at Sprint as a Store Manager from August 2002 to August 2013. In this role, they maintained high CSAT scores and exceeded sales expectations for phones, accessories, and activations. Jeremy managed a store with a team of 5+ employees and ensured high levels of sales and customer service.
