Melissa Hutchins

Melissa Hutchins began their work experience in 2005 as an HR Director at an insurance company, where they remained until 2016. From 2016 onwards, they joined Medi-Lynx Cardiac Monitoring, LLC and held multiple roles, including Assistant Manager - Revenue Cycle and Enrollment Supervisor. In these roles, they supervised an intake team of 9, processed orders in real time, and ensured compliance with insurance and authorization guidelines. In 2023, Melissa joined VitalConnect as an Intake Financial Clearance Manager.

Melissa Hutchins pursued their education in certified professional billing and coding at Collin College. Melissa obtained a certification as a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) from the American Association of Professional Coders in December 2016.
