Andrew Shen

Andrew Shen is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment and risk management. Currently a Partner at Shen Capital and an Investor in VitalHub Corp. and medchart, Andrew also serves as a Board Observer for ICEsoft Technologies. Andrew held the position of Chairman at MediaValet Inc. until April 2024, and previously acted as a Board Observer for Ackroo. Prior to these roles, Andrew developed expertise at CIBC Capital Markets, where responsibilities included derivative collateral management as an Associate. Andrew began their career at CIBC in various analyst positions focusing on liquidity risk and market risk management. Andrew holds an Honours degree in Management from the University of St Andrews and completed the International Baccalaureate at Upper Canada College.
