Ben Cooke is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical writing and digital content creation. Currently serving as a Knowledge Base Author at Vitality, Ben manages and expands the company's Knowledge Base, collaborating with stakeholders in Medical Affairs and Member Care. With a long-standing freelance career since 2012, Ben has worked as a copywriter, social media consultant, and contributing writer for various organizations, including WhatCulture, where over three hundred articles on pop culture topics have been published, accumulating significant viewership and social media engagement. Previous roles include Learning Designer positions at The Access Group and MicroLearn Ltd., as well as experience in claims consultancy and social media management.
