Gavin Brown

Gavin Brown has over two decades of experience in operations and customer service, currently serving as the Head of Supplier Operations at Vitality since August 2000, where responsibilities include outsourcing and supplier relationship management. Brown has also held various roles at Vitality, including Operations Manager, Senior Team Manager, and Team Manager, focusing on customer and intermediary retention, as well as claims handling for personal and business medical insurance. Prior to Vitality, Brown worked as a Customer Service Supervisor at WHSmith from November 1998 to August 2000. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in History from The Manchester Metropolitan University, obtained between 1995 and 1998.
