Justin Skinner

Justin Skinner is a seasoned finance and risk management professional with extensive experience in the insurance sector. Currently, Justin serves as the Group Chief Financial Officer, Managing Director - Life, and Group Chief Risk Officer at Vitality since May 2017. Prior to this, Justin worked at QBE Europe from 2009 to March 2017, holding positions such as Enterprise Risk Management Director and Head of Enterprise Risk Management. Additionally, Justin served as Head of Group Capital Modelling at QBE Insurance from 2013 to 2014 and held the same role at QBE from 2004 to 2008. Justin obtained a BSc and PhD in Mathematics and Statistics from Loughborough University, where studies were completed between 1992 and 1998.
