Mike Conti

Mike Conti is an experienced professional in executive recruiting and investment, currently serving as an Angel Investor at VITALIZE Venture Capital since 2023. As the Director of Executive/Leadership Search at The Overture Group, LLC since May 2012, Mike specializes in identifying top leaders in finance, accounting, HR, operations, and technology. Previous roles include Manager and Senior Associate in Executive Recruiting, as well as Account Manager/Recruiter at C&A Industries, and Senior Credit Manager at Wells Fargo Financial. Mike holds a BA in Economics and Finance from Illinois Wesleyan University and is an alumnus of Driscoll Catholic High School.
