Nghia Trang

Nghia Trang has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. They started their career as an Assistant at a Private Ophthalmology Clinic, where they were responsible for cleaning and sanitizing the clinic, assisting patients, and handling cashier duties. After that, Nghia worked as a Quality Control Technician at Whitfield Foods Inc - PepsiCo, where they performed various quality inspections and also worked as an IT Technician, implementing online data systems. They then moved on to Auburn University, where they worked as an Undergraduate student. Following their time at the university, Nghia worked at Aramark as a Chef, Cashier, and Food Service Worker, where they prepared food, handled cashier duties, and ensured cleanliness and sanitation. They also worked at Chick-fil-A Restaurants as a Food Service Worker, responsible for preparing food and dining services, working in a high-stress environment, and maintaining cleanliness. Most recently, Nghia joined Vital's International Group as a Food Manager, starting in 2023.

Nghia Trang graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor's degree in Food Science in December 2022. Additionally, Nghia has obtained several certifications including "Social Media Marketing Strategy: TikTok and Instagram Reels" from LinkedIn in March 2023, HACCP from Auburn University in May 2022, Certified Food Manager (CFM) from StateFoodSafety in April 2022, and Food Handlers certification from StateFoodSafety in March 2023.
