Charlita Barrett

Charlita Barrett currently serves as the Manager of Forecasting for Food & Grocery Merchandising at Waitrose & Partners, a position held since August 2025. Prior to this role, Charlita was with Aldi UK as the Head of Produce Forecasting and Replenishment, where responsibility included the national lead for forecasting and replenishment strategy for the produce category, achieving significant improvements in availability and waste reduction. Additional roles at Aldi included Trading Manager for seasonal trade and Operations Manager overseeing store operations. Earlier experience includes mentoring first-year students as a Peer Assisted Learning Coach at Bournemouth University, coordinating events for Nando's Central Events Team, and a brief internship at the Financial Conduct Authority. Charlita holds a degree in International Business Management from Bournemouth University.
