J.D. Norcross

J.D. Norcross has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. From 1994 to 2003, they worked at PersonalCare as an IT Director. Following that, they joined RAL Recoveries as a VP of Operations from 2003 to 2004. From 2004 to 2007, they worked as an IT Manager at Health Alliance Medical Plans. In 2007, they joined Luster Software as a VP of Operations and held that position until 2012. At Riverbed Technology, they had various roles including Senior Development Engineering Manager from September 2019 to November 2019, Engineering Manager from July 2015 to August 2019, and Sr QA Engineer from April 2012 to June 2015. Currently, J.D. Norcross is the Director of Information Technology at VitalSkin Dermatology since December 2019.

J.D. Norcross attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in CS Engineering.
