Naveen Rajkumar is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in technology, strategy, and business transformation. As CEO and President of ISOutsource since October 2020, Naveen has led the firm in enhancing organizational performance through innovative technological solutions. In addition, Naveen serves on the boards of VitalTalk, where contributions focus on technology strategy for patient-centered care, and Westminster Chapel, where Naveen has been chairman since June 2023. Previous roles include Executive Vice President and Chief Business Officer at iLink Digital, Chief Information Officer at Onvia, and General Manager at Aditi Technologies, where successful leadership resulted in significant revenue and profitability growth. Naveen holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from the Government College of Technology, a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Indira Gandhi National Open University, and completed the Berkeley Executive Leadership Program at the University of California, Berkeley.
