Zhenlu Song is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software development and customer support roles. Currently, Zhenlu serves as a System Engineer at Infosys Ltd since March 2019 and a Productivity Consultant/Software Trainer at Vitalyst since February 2018, focusing on customer interactions and troubleshooting various software applications. Previous experience includes a role as a Web Developer at Graphitetube, where Zhenlu developed responsive websites and managed an eCommerce store, and as a Java Developer at CITIC Application Service Provider Co, where Zhenlu designed and implemented features for existing applications.
