Marlies Martens

Marlies Martens began their work experience in 2002 as an HR Advisor at Oosterpoort. Marlies then worked as a trainee at Interpolis from September 2004 to March 2005. After that, they became the International HR Manager at Sacha from May 2005 to August 2012. Following that, they served as the HR Director Benelux & Nordics at Louis Vuitton from September 2012 to August 2014. From August 2014 to August 2016, they worked as an HR Directeur at Aldi Holding. Then, they joined JHB Group as an HR Director from September 2016 to August 2017. Currently, they hold the position of CEO at Vitam, starting from August 2017.

Marlies Martens completed their bachelor's degree in Social Work from Avans University of Applied Sciences, where they studied from 1997 to 2001. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources from the Universiteit van Tilburg, completing their studies from 2001 to 2005.
