Lavinia CODRESI

Lavinia Codresi has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Lavinia started their career in 2006 as a Key Site Coordinator for Sommet de la Francophonie. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as an Event Management Specialist at CCI Française en Roumanie. Following this, they took on the role of Training Center Manager at the same company from 2011 to 2016, where they developed activities for the CCIFER Training Center. Lavinia then worked as a Marketing and Development Specialist at CCI Française en Roumanie from 2016 to 2017. Lavinia'sresponsibilities included segmenting and analyzing current B2B client portfolios, proposing targeting and communication strategies, and expanding the client portfolio.

In 2017, Lavinia joined Vitamin Software as an Administrative Project Manager. In this role, they were responsible for managing various product development projects in the field of Healthcare IT. Lavinia ensured compliance with SOC-2, HIPAA, and GDPR regulations. Lavinia then transitioned to the role of IT Managed Services Project Manager, where they oversaw IT projects for managed services. Lavinia is currently serving as the Healthcare IT Project Manager at Vitamin Software, leading product development projects.

Lavinia Codresi has a diverse education history. In 2005, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Academia de Studii Economice din Bucuresti. Lavinia continued their education at the same institution and completed their Master's degree in Marketing from 2009 to 2011. During their time as a student, they also participated in an Erasmus Scholarship program at the Centre universitaire de Formation et de Recherche Jean-Francois Champollion in 2007-2008, where they focused on Business Administration.

Later, in 2013, Lavinia seized the opportunity to participate in the Executive Management Programme (ExMP) offered by ESCP Europe and CCIFER at the ESCP Business School, enhancing their knowledge in Business Administration and Management. Besides their formal education, they obtained several certifications to augment their skills. In 2004, they received a Certificate in Advanced English C1 from the University of Cambridge. In 2009, they earned the Diplome approfondi de langue francaise C1 from the Ministry of Education, and in April 2013, they obtained the Project Manager certification from the Autoritatea nationala pentru calificari.
