Aleksandar Gjuroski has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Aleksandar started their career as a Teaching Assistant at the University "St. Kliment Ohridski" - Bitola and later worked as a Project Management Assistant at the University of Bologna. During this time, they led a team in the creation of a Business Park in Macedonia and participated in a cross-border cooperation project.

Following their time at the University, Gjuroski worked as a Manager for Regional Development at the State Center for Regional Development. Aleksandar then became a Project Assistant at the Cabinet of the President of the Republic of Macedonia and later at the University "St. Kliment Ohridski", Bitola.

In 2011, Gjuroski took on the role of External Project Adviser at the Business Confederation of Macedonia (BusinessMacedonia). Aleksandar also served as an External Assessor for the IPA CBC HR-BiH 2007-2013 Joint Secretariat, where they assessed projects within the IPA CBC Croatia-BiH Programme.

Gjuroski's most recent position was as Chief in the Export Department at Vitaminka A.D., where they were responsible for leading the department's operations. Prior to this, they held the role of Regional Export Manager at the same company.

Aleksandar Gjuroski completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics at the University "St. Kliment Ohridski", Faculty of Economics, between 2001 and 2005. In 2005, they went on to pursue a Master's degree in Economics, specializing in the Creation and Development of Innovative SMEs, at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, completing it in 2006.
