Niki Hatter

Niki Hatter's work experience includes being the Head of People and Culture at VitaminLab since 2021. Prior to that, they were a Regional Manager at SPINCO from 2018 to 2020 and held the role of People and Project Operations Manager at Purpose Five from 2018 to 2019. Niki also served as the General Manager of Retail Operations at ecologyst from 2014 to 2018. Niki's earliest known work experience was as the Head of Retail Training at lululemon athletica from 2002 to 2012.

Niki Hatter's education history includes multiple academic pursuits in various fields. In 1999, they attended Camosun College, where they studied Marketing Management. In 2000, they attended Blanche Macdonald Centre, focusing on Fashion Merchandising. Following this, in 2003, they enrolled at Vancouver Community College (VCC), specializing in Fashion/Apparel Design.

In 2017, Niki attended the Rockwood Leadership Institute, where they obtained a degree in the Art of Leadership. A year later, in 2018, they attended BrainStation and studied Data Analytics.

Currently, Niki Hatter is studying Human Resource Management at Simon Fraser University, beginning in 2020, and is set to complete their degree in 2023. Additionally, they have plans to pursue further education in the field of Human Resource Analytics at UC Irvine in 2023.
