Kara Banyasz

Kara Banyasz has an extensive career in tax management and consulting, currently serving as Corporate Tax Manager at Vitamix since July 2017, where prior roles included Indirect Tax Manager and Senior Tax Analyst. Before joining Vitamix, Kara worked at Avery Dennison as a Senior Auditor - Indirect Tax, managing state and local tax audits and compliance from September 2012 to June 2017. Previously, at DuCharme, McMillen & Associates, Kara held the positions of Senior Tax Consultant and Associate Tax Consultant, specializing in sales and use tax consulting and audit defense services for Fortune 1000 clients. Kara earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Finance from Ashland University between 2004 and 2008.
