Yvonne Pozderac, CPIM, is a seasoned supply chain professional with a strong background in demand planning and production management. Currently serving as Manager of Supply Chain Planning at Vitamix since June 2018, Yvonne leads cross-functional teams to mitigate demand forecast risks and optimize master production schedules. Prior roles at Vitamix include Manager of Production & Distribution Planning and Demand Planner Analyst II, where responsibilities encompassed strategic leadership in product availability, cost-saving initiatives, and collaboration on supply chain processes. Yvonne's experience at American Greetings encompasses various analytical roles focusing on inventory management, demand forecasting, and process improvement. Yvonne began a career at MF Cachat Company as a Materials Analyst and contributed to Chevrolet Campus Promotions and Cleveland Indians Baseball, LLC. Yvonne holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Operations & Supply Chain Management from Cleveland State University.
