Rafael holds an MBA in Gestão de Marketing from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and Centro Universitário Internacional UNINTER, alongside a Latu Sensu degree in Marketing from FAE Business School and a Bachelor's in Design and Applied Arts from Universidade Tuiuti do Paraná.
