Deborah McCormack

DeBorah McCormack, MS has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles in the healthcare and hospitality industries. DeBorah is currently serving as the Senior Director of Recruiting at VITAS Healthcare since July 2023. Prior to this, they were the Regional Human Resources Director at Lifespace Communities, Inc. from July 2022 to July 2023. Before that, they held the position of Regional Director of Legendary People at Texas Roadhouse from January 2019 to July 2022. DeBorah also has experience as a Business Owner at Living Like That, LLC, where they provided HR consulting, behavior assessments, team building, strategic planning, training, and coaching services from April 2016 to January 2019. Earlier in their career, they served as the Vice President of Employee Services and VP Talent Acquisition at Trilogy Health Services, LLC from June 2012 to March 2016, and from June 2012 to June 2014 respectively. DeBorah began their career as the National Director of Recruiting at Atria Senior Living from November 2003 to June 2012.

DeBorah McCormack obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Georgetown College. DeBorah then went on to earn a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Kentucky between 1991 and 1993.
