Jeff Weil

Jeff Weil has a diverse work experience in various healthcare companies. Jeff currently holds the position of Senior Vice President of Operations at VITAS Healthcare since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked at BrightSpring Health Services from February 2018 to October 2022 as Division Vice President of Operations. In this role, they had full P&L responsibility for the national Neuro-Rehab division. Jeff also served as Vice President of Home Services at EmpRes Healthcare Management, LLC from July 2017 to February 2018. Before that, they were a Director at the Oregon Home Care Association Board of Directors from January 2015 to June 2017. Jeff also held the position of Division VP of Operations/Market Development at LHC Group from March 2012 to June 2017. Additionally, they worked at Ancillary Care Solutions as a Regional Operations Manager-Consultant from November 2005 to April 2012, where they were responsible for leading various outpatient locations. Jeff started their career as an Orthopedic Director at Gentiva from 2003 to 2005.

Jeff Weil earned a Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Virginia Commonwealth University. Jeff attended the university from 1992 to 1998.
