Jennifer Chou

Jennifer Chou has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jennifer is currently serving as the Vice President of HR Shared Services at VITAS Healthcare since August 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior HRIS Manager at Albertsons Companies from December 2020 to August 2021. From July 2017 to May 2020, they held the position of Vice President of HRIS at Ares Management, L.P. Jennifer also worked at CoreLogic, where they held various roles including Senior Director, HRIS from April 2015 to June 2017, Director, HRIS & Project Management from December 2012 to April 2015, and HRIS Director from February 2012 to December 2012, among others. Before that, they worked as an IT Consultant at CapitalSource Bank from July 2007 to September 2009 and at New Century Mortgage from June 2005 to May 2007. Jennifer also gained experience as a PeopleSoft Consultant/Project Manager at Corning Incorporated from February 2005 to January 2006 and as an IT Project Manager at Yum! Brands from April 2004 to February 2005. Jennifer started their career at Nike, where they served as a Senior Application Engineer/Technical Lead from May 2002 to April 2004. Prior to that, Jennifer worked as a Management Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers from February 1999 to March 2002.

Jennifer Chou holds a Master's degree in Management Information Systems from California State University-Sacramento.
