Pamela Badger

Pamela Badger is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in hospice admissions and care coordination. Currently serving as a Hospice Admissions Registered Nurse at VITAS Healthcare since August 2023, Pamela specializes in facilitating patient admissions, evaluating hospice appropriateness, and building relationships with referral sources. Prior to this role, Pamela was a Care Coordinator at Jewish Senior Services, responsible for managing a caseload of over 160 members and developing care plans. Previously, as Vice President of Care Management at HomeWell Senior Care, Pamela managed client inquiries, assessments, and caregiver supervision. Pamela's career began as a School Nurse in the Redding CT School System, where daily medical needs of students were addressed. Pamela holds a Registered Nurse degree from Bridgeport Hospital School of Nursing and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Ohio Wesleyan University.
