Ricardo Serrano

Ricardo Serrano has extensive work experience across various companies and roles. Ricardo started their career in 2004 as a Casino Host Coordinator at Argosy Casino & Hotel. Ricardo then worked as a Casino Host at Hollywood Casino before joining Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa as a Casino Host. Ricardo continued their career at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood as a Reservations Supervisor. In 2014, they transitioned to Seminole Gaming as a Workforce Planning Manager. From 2017 to 2023, Ricardo worked at VITAS Healthcare, where they held several positions including Operations Performance Analyst, Sr. Operations Performance Analyst, Workforce Manager, Director of Strategy and Performance, and most recently, Senior Director of Strategy and Performance. In these roles, they focused on team management, scheduling, forecasting, analytics, and agent performance. Ricardo also worked closely with IT project managers and product owners, implemented remote work-from-home teams, system upgrades, and telehealth functions. Throughout their career, Ricardo consistently demonstrated their expertise in workforce management, data analysis, and making well-informed business decisions.
