Prior to Vitasoy, Ryan spent eight years at Green Monday, advancing through various roles to become Associate Director, where initiatives centered around promoting veganism and sustainability were emphasized. Ryan's career began at the Hong Kong Trade Development Council as a Sales Administrator. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Policy and Administration from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and an Associate's degree in Public Administration and Management from Community College of City University.
