Kerry L. is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the VP of Human Resources at VITEC since April 2021. Previously, Kerry held various leadership roles at Exterity, including Director of HR and Head of HR, where the focus was on hiring top talent and ensuring employee satisfaction. As the HR Services Director at Simple HR, Kerry collaborated with SMEs to define effective HR strategies and provide exceptional HR services. Additionally, Kerry founded Clarity Career Coaching, specializing in supporting professional working mothers in balancing careers and family life. Initial HR experience includes a role as HR Consultant at Wolfson Microelectronics, where efforts focused on establishing the HR function, and as Assistant HR Consultant at Capita, contributing to the start-up of a shared service center. Kerry holds a first-class MA (Hons) in Human Resource Management from Heriot-Watt University.
