David Tonkin

David is SVP, Head of People at Vitech. Prior to this role, David served as Global Head of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. David oversees all facets of Human Resources management, including strategic talent acquisition, compensation and benefit program design, employee relations, HR compliance, and the development and implementation of Vitech’s policies and procedures. He Is responsible for managing the full employee life cycle.

David has an impressive 14 years of experience at Vitech, including over 25 years of HR/People experience in fast-growing technology organizations. Prior to joining Vitech, David served as Global Head of Human Resources at WhenU.com, Business Layers and TheGlobe.com.

David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Scranton and is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management.
