Salmanuddin Syed has worked in the field of digital marketing for the past decade. Salmanuddin began their career in 2010 as a Process Associate at Wipro BPS. In 2015, they joined Vitel Global as VP Digital Marketing. In this role, they were responsible for enlightening the public about the company's services, setting budgeting goals, developing advertising campaigns, creating direct mail initiatives, measuring ad effectiveness, and coordinating staff members who create and deliver ads. Salmanuddin was also the Advertising and Marketing Manager, where they were responsible for creating, reviewing, approving, and revising copy, selecting agencies to partner with, approving agency plans, overseeing creative staff, preparing cost estimates for campaigns, and presenting campaigns during pitches. Additionally, they were the Business Development Manager for Sales and Marketing, where they were tasked with meeting potential clients, growing, maintaining, and leveraging a network, and identifying potential clients and decision makers within the client organization. Salmanuddin also served as a Process Trainer, where they trained new sales representatives, developed individual coaching plans, provided resources and assistance, scheduled orientation drive-alongs with senior representatives, organized and assisted in developing training procedures, manuals, and guides, and assisted Sales Development Representatives maintain and improve job skills.

Salmanuddin Syed obtained a Certificate in Business Administration and Management, General from the National University of Singapore in 2009. Salmanuddin then went on to earn a Bachelors of Business from Amity University in 2014, also in Business Administration and Management, General. In 2013, they obtained two Microsoft Certified IT Professional certifications from Microsoft.
