Adriana Mariano has held various roles in the travel and hospitality industry since 2010. Adriana began their career as a Travel Agent - B2C at Recantos & Requintes in 2010. In 2011, they were an Operations Assistant - B2B at TREND Operadora. In 2012, they were an Electronic Reservations Assistant - B2C at ALLIA HOTELS. In 2013, they were an Operations Analyst - B2B at Flytour • Corporação. From 2014 to 2016, they were an Operational Assistant - B2B at E-htl Viagens Online, where they prospected new hotels, conducted price comparisons, and entered partner's information into the system. In 2021, they are currently working as a Sales Administrative Assistant at Vitelle Dermatology Lab and as a Guest Experience Insider at Hotel Belmont.

Adriana Mariano has a diverse educational background. Adriana began their studies in 2007, when they earned a Bachelor's degree in Tourism from Universidade Bandeirante de São Paulo. In 2011, they obtained a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Hospitality from HOTEC. In 2015, they were certified in Revenue Management from Senac Brasil. From 2019 to 2020, they earned a Diploma in Customer Service from Greystone College. Most recently, in 2022, they completed an 8-hour course in Information Technology - The Basics of SAP from Ka Solution.
