Lieke Hoek

Lieke Hoek is an experienced manager currently serving as Manager Architectuur & Beleid at Vitens since October 2024. From May 2019 to October 2024, Lieke held the position of Manager IT Development at Leiden University Medical Center, overseeing a team of 75 and managing the entire application portfolio for healthcare, education, research, and operations. Prior to this, Lieke took a sabbatical after a long tenure at Delta Lloyd from October 2003 to December 2018, where various roles included Manager of Risk Management Applications and Manager of Workspace Automation. Earlier career highlights include program management at NN Group, senior business analysis at BeFrank, and project management at Cap Gemini. Lieke holds a degree in Slavonic languages and culture from Leiden University, earned between 1989 and 1995.
