Daher Luis Mora Valdés

Daher Luis Mora Valdés has a diverse work experience in various technology companies. Daher Luis started their career as a Desarrollador de front-end at SwagUp in June 2019, where they collaborated on developing the company's main website and dashboard using technologies like React, NextJS, Jest, and Redux. Daher Luis worked with cross-functional teams and followed Agile methodology to design and develop scalable software.

In October 2020, Daher joined SIBUCÁN as a Team Leader & Software Consultant, a role they held until March 2022. During their time at SIBUCÁN, they provided leadership and consultancy services to the team.

From July 2021 to February 2022, Daher worked as a Team Leader & Frontend Developer at PROSPERiA, where they were responsible for architecture design and development of the INCLUIA website. Daher Luis also worked with Spatial Data, React, Carto Stack, and collaborated with multidisciplinary teams of engineers.

In June 2021, Daher joined Truckbays as a Front End Lead. Daher Luis'srole involved contributing to building a startup's platform for connecting truck drivers, tenants, and owners of parking locations. Daher Luis led the frontend team behind the owners' site and actively participated in roadmap planning meetings.

Currently, Daher is working as a Software Developer at Viterbit, a role they started in March 2022. Daher Luis is responsible for developing and maintaining the company's recruitment and personnel selection software using technologies like Symfony JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS. Daher Luis also collaborates closely with the CTO to improve skills and develop new products.

Daher Luis Mora Valdés obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Havana, which they pursued between 2014 and 2019. Daher Luis then pursued additional education in business by enrolling in the EUDE Business School, where they are expected to complete a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in 2023.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Daher has acquired a professional certification in SCRUM FOUNDATION from CertiProf in July 2020.
