Alexander Baumann

Alexander Baumann is an experienced project management professional currently serving as the Head of PM Back Office at Vitesco Technologies since January 2018, where management of an international team focuses on improving project performance for e-Axle System projects. Prior roles include Senior Project Manager for Platform Development, leading teams in high voltage electric drive systems, and Project Manager for E-Drives, specializing in the Chinese market. Prior to Vitesco, Alexander held significant positions at Continental, managing projects in exhaust aftertreatment systems and participating in a Graduates Program focused on customer management and production validation. Alexander's early career included a dual study program and apprenticeship in industrial mechanics at Schaeffler. Alexander holds a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Technische Hochschule Nürnberg Georg Simon Ohm.
