Daniel Flores

Daniel Flores, MBA, PMP®, serves as the Head of Focus Factory at Vitesco Technologies since 2018, overseeing manufacturing operations for two high-performance factories within the Powertrain Division of Continental AG in Germany, managing over 600 employees and driving cost-effective production strategies. Previously, Daniel held several positions at Continental from 2005 to 2018, including Head of Operations and Launch Management for North America, leading a team of project managers in manufacturing operations, and driving multimillion-dollar initiatives. Earlier experience includes roles as Operations Project Manager and Industrial Engineer at Bridgestone from 2001 to 2005. Daniel holds an MBA from Tecnológico de Monterrey and a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Autónoma del Estado de Morelos, supplemented by a professional certificate in Operations and Technology from Kellogg Executive Education.
