Luca Giovenzana has a diverse range of work experience. Luca started their career in 2003 as a Software Engineer and IT Consultant at HPA.it, where they designed networks and IT solutions, created websites, and provided consulting services for Windows and Linux networks. In 2005, they worked as a System Administrator at Ancitel Lombardia srl, where they maintained the network infrastructure and provided hardware/software support for users.
In 2008, Luca joined Purple - Information Technology as a Project Manager, where they managed and planned web development projects, projected server solutions, and deployed private and public cloud environments. During the same period, they also worked at Endian as a Senior Network Engineer, providing third level international support, troubleshooting, and training.
Luca continued their career at Endian as the Head of DevOps and QA, responsible for continuous delivery, quality, and performance of Endian Security Linux products. Luca introduced DevOps principles, automated testing, and release operations. Luca also served as the Support Team Leader, managing a technical team and leading analysis on complex support issues.
In 2019, Luca joined Golee as an Agile Coach and Technical Advisor, where they advised the technical team on platform architecture and continuous integration, testing, and delivery. Luca also coached the organization on Agile and Lean Startup principles and supported the business in defining OKRs and roadmaps.
From 2017 to 2021, Luca worked at CHILI, initially as the Head of Quality Assurance and Release Manager, where they motivated a highly qualified team and implemented automated testing and release processes. Later, they became the Engineering and Agile Delivery Manager, ensuring a transparent and sustainable work environment, managing organizational change, and leading Scrum Masters, Technical Leads, and Community of Practices.
Currently, Luca is the CTO/CTPO at viteSicure, starting from 2023. Prior to this, they were the CTO at Golee from 2021, where they were responsible for the overall technology and product development.
