Edward Heard

Head of Client Solutions & Delivery at Vitesse PSP

Edward Heard's work experience starts in 1994 at Metapath Software Intl, where they worked as a C++ Developer and Software Team Leader for over six years. Edward then joined earthport plc in 2000 as a Senior Java Developer and later transitioned into roles as a Project Manager and Service Delivery Manager.

In 2009, Edward moved to Envoy Services Ltd as the Head of Project Management, where they played a multi-disciplinary role in the company's early stages, focusing on various aspects of company operations.

Edward joined Worldpay in 2011 after the company acquired Envoy Services. Over a period of three years, they worked in different delivery-related roles, managing a team of Business Analysts and Project Managers. Edward was also responsible for the end-to-end delivery of payment projects.

Starting in 2014, Edward took on the role of Delivery Director at Worldpay, managing a multi-disciplined team and overseeing the delivery of complex payment projects and product changes. Edward also focused on Bank Payment models and emerging Alternative Payment Methods.

In 2018, Edward joined INTL FCStone Ltd as a Product Manager, where they were responsible for the ongoing development of Foreign Exchange services and the specification and development of a proprietary Exchange Rate management product for correspondent banks.

Currently, Edward is the Head of Client Solutions & Delivery at Vitesse PSP Limited, leading a team responsible for implementing Vitesse products and services into client environments. Edward assesses client needs, develops solutions, and ensures timely and seamless integration.

Throughout their career, Edward has demonstrated strong leadership, delivery management, and technical skills in the financial services industry.

Edward Heard obtained a Bachelor of Science - BS degree in Computing from the University of Leeds, where they studied from 1989 to 1992.
